The cheerful snowman
He waits outside with a face full of good intentions. Snow does not bother him one bit.
The glowing window
Someone keeps a lamp lit inside, so the cabin looks warm even from the far side of the snow.
The lantern by the door
It is always on for latecomers and anyone who has walked up the hill in wet boots.
The little basket
It waits by the step, ready for whatever you need to carry up the trail.
The snow-capped roof
A thick white cap sits on the cabin, the kind that makes any house look like a winter card.
